We do our best to describe and price every product accurately. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will let you know before processing it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is found. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment partners, or on delivery where cash on delivery is available. All amounts are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

We aim to deliver every order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, location and availability. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns and refunds

If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within the eligible period. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or wallet once the return is approved. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
